What do you mean? If you didn't get the 3rd Stimulus payment in 2021 for 1400 person then you get it on your 2021 tax return line 30 as the Recovery Rebate Credit. It doesn't come separately. It is included in your refund or reduced a tax due, But Line 30 is only if you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more.
To get to the stimulus questions in TurboTax at any time, you can search for stimulus or recovery rebate credit then hit ENTER and there should be a Jump to link
If you are trying to trigger it,
Click on Other Tax Situations at top
Click on Let's get started
Answer some questions then Continue
Then click on Let's keep going
Next screen is for the Third Stimulus, if you qualify
If you did not get prompted to enter your stimulus information, that means you either:
But first be sure you didn't get it. A lot of people forgot they got it last year and the IRS is reducing their refund. Double check your bank statements and Check your IRS account (both accounts if married) to see what they sent you.

You said "I received $2,800.00." Do you mean that you received a payment of $2,800, either by check or as a deposit in your bank account? If you did get a payment, that's the credit. You already got it in advance. You don't get it again on your tax return. If TurboTax asks you how much you received, be sure to say that you received $2,800.
@robertbetts2009 - you are eligible for EITHER the 3rd stimulus or the Recovery REbate credit, but not both.
if you received $2800 last year (March time frame), then Line 30 of your Form 1040 should be zero. if you filed and it wasn't, the IRS will catch the error and adjust your return - no amendment required.
if you did NOT receive $2800 last year, then Line 30 of your Form 1040 should be $2800.
does that help???
