Are you sure you are entering it as INTEREST?

There should be no requirement for the FEIN for interest.

Which TurboTax program are you using and is it Online or Desktop?

An EIN isn't required for a 1099-INT. You can leave it blank. If it requires one, enter 99-9999999 and you will get an error, go to fix the error, delete the number and leave it blank and will will bypass this.
