How to enter income when it doesn't open

Wages & income are blank.  How do I enter them?

In your saturation, you should first clear your cache and cookies. It handles many issues that seem nonsensical on a regular basis. 

• Close your TurboTax return first.

Watch to be sure you are selecting 'all time' as example.  Do not use selections like 'last hour' for those browsers that give  you options.

Once this is complete open your return and select to enter your income. 

1. Select Federal in the left menu and then Wages & Income, OR 
2. Search (upper right) type w2 > Jump to... link
3. Begin your entry

Neither one of your suggestions worked.  

When I search for W-2, it brings me to a blank page under "Wages & Income".

This same thing happened to me last year, but then it was with entering other items.  Is there a way to find my post/question from last year?  The response/fix I received took a few weeks, but it worked.

I found my post from a year ago and this response worked for me again this year!

This was a suggestion by our awesome Tax Champ  and was successful.

See if this will help - Save your tax return.  Close the TurboTax program.

Right click on the TurboTax 2021 icon on your computer screen.

Click on Run as Administrator

Start the TurboTax program and continue your tax return.  See if the problem has been resolved.
