How to dispute a turbo tax transaction?

When I started the process I opted for the cheapest version of turbotax (I am a California Resident). I currently owe taxes, so I was not getting a Federal refund. I did not opt into the MAX defend & restore option, but was charged for it anyways. I would like to know how I can dispute that additional charge if possible.
