How to complete when you dont have a US address?

As the tittle says. I am unable to complete or print the forms because I don't have a US address and haven't had one in a very long time. I was also unable to find links to directly talk to someone about this problem. Any suggestions?

Delete any address information that you entered. Just above the space for street address there is a pull-down list that says "U.S. Address." Click the little arrow to open the list, and select Foreign Address. Then you will be able to enter your foreign address.

hmm through the online option that works for the first part but not the last screen. It actually says a US address is required to register?
