How to bypass Turbo tax final check?

This is for MD Information worksheet it has prompt to select county and states if live in Baltimore City leave blank. I live in Baltimore city so leaving blank. However Turbo tax keeps failing the final check because it is blank and now I cant file electronically. WTF? Am I really going to have print and make it to post office because of Turbo tax programming error?
