Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen. Then you can add a dependent.

You can add a dependent in the My Info section of TurboTax.

Log into TurboTax

Select My Info from the left sidebar
Your information will show up.
Toward the bottom of the page you see [Add another dependent]
Click the box [Another person] Continue
Complete the interview.
