Thank you for your sweet response. If you are the customer (and yes, I paid for the MAX service, thank you for asking) and use this 'chat' option, please tell me how great it is. How you do get your questions answered. When it's specific to never receiving my refund and getting 3-4 different letters saying I owe different amounts to the government. How do you ask that on your automated system and get an answer? Why can't you simply select customer service rep and actually get someone? I was lucky enough to get a really good agent to help me and he went over and above answering questions. Thank you for volunteering your help.
