How the heck do i talk to an actual human being ?

i am trying to get live agent assistance but it says they cant help me until i select a product. How confusing. How do i select a product if i dont know what product I need? So frustrating.

Why am I not receiving the child tax credit? It says I qualify for it but then says I don’t when I go to the child tax credit section.

I filed both my state and fed taxes bc my local tax box was "wrong". They both were received 4/8/25, I got my state within weeks, but I am still waiting on my fed. Why??
