Your post indicates you selected the TurboTax online Live Deluxe edition which includes Tax Expert/CPA assistance with your tax return.  The Deluxe Live edition is currently $90.  A state tax program is an additional charge of $50 - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

If you want to change the edition you are using you will need to clear your tax return and start over.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2018 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
