How many returns can i file with turbotax premier

I prepared my daughters under her user ID and now TurboTax wants another $59.99...How do I pick hers up under my ID ? (I did hers with my Premier purchase last year)

When you use Online TurboTax, you get one return per fee.  Each return needs its own account and user ID.   If you use the same account and user ID for a second return, you overwrite the first one and lose it forever.

 When you use Desktop TurboTax, which you install from a CD or download to your own hard drive, you can prepare and e-file multiple returns for the cost of the software.  You can e-file up to 5 Federal returns—more if you mail the additional ones.  If you have multiple returns to prepare for family members, Desktop is more cost effective.

Yes, if all 3 state returns are the same state.  If any of the family require a different state, you have to purchase the second state program.

With the Premier CD, you can prepare an unlimited number of Federal returns with up to 5 free Federal efiles.

Premier includes 1 state program, with which you can prepare an unlimited number of state returns of that same state.  There is a $20 fee to efile each state return (except no fee for New York state).  The fee increases to $25 in March.   There is no fee to print and mail the state returns.
