How many months out of the year am I required to have health insurance in order to avoid ACA penalty?
I had health insurance coverage through my employer through August 15. I am not eligible for health insurance again until October through my new employer. I know there's a question on the tax form that asks if you've had insurance coverage for X number of months of the year, I just can't remember how many it is!
