It depends.  Generally the entire process can be done within 5-7 days but is contingent on getting all your tax documents to your agent.  You will need to upload all your tax documents to the agent to prepare your return.  You can do this through the TurboTax app by taking pictures of your tax documents and uploading them.   Once you review the completed return with your agent and sign off on the return, the agent will file your return for you and continue to stay in contact with you if there are any problems during the acceptance process.  Since the IRS is not accepting returns until 2/12 this year, now is a great time to get your appointment set up through TurboTax Online.
