Do you mean your actual tax return (Form 1040)?  The W-2 comes from your employer, who has until Feb 1 to send it to you.

A W-2 is the form you receive from your employer to report your wages and taxes withheld for tax year 2020.  Employers have until 02/01/2021 to provide you with your W-2.
