How I can leave blank at 1099 Box15? My 1099-INT Box15 is blank. So I'm trying to leave Turbotax box as blank. But it keep says "needs review", can't go forward.

If there is no amount entered in box 17 for state taxes withheld, then leave boxes 15, 16 and 17 blank (empty)

ahhh. Problem solved.

Box17 was filled as "$0" automatically. If $0 is deleted, it went through.
