How does my daughter gile taxes if her husband has no SS number or tax number

He has a form that shows he didn't earn income for

last year although he did. He is an illegal. His place of employment shows he had no income. But he. Made $30000.

Not he is being held for deportation. I dont know what we can do. She worked and has 4 children. She paid no taxes bc of her low income to support 4.childten.
