How do you report a software bug in Turbo Tax 2024 - issue with printing CA tax return

When printing the 2024 CA tax return, it prints the first 6 pages correctly and any remaining pages (starting with page 7) partially print or do not print at all. Work around is to print the first 6 pages, then print again starting at page 7 for another 6 pages. If your CA tax return is greater than 12 pages, you have to keep printing in groups of 6 pages to get the entire document printed, otherwise you will be missing pages. 

Note: This is only an issue when printing. Preview of the CA tax return prior to printing properly shows all pages.

Did you create a PDF of the state return? Are all 12 pages visible in the PDF? Can you see the entire return in Acrobat PDF? Can you print the entire return from Adobe Acrobat?

Yes, I created a PDF as I do every year to save. BTW we have been using Turbo Tax for about 20 years now.

I used the Turbo Tax program to display and print as I have every previous year with no problem.  Via the program, after viewing the program automatically "rolls over" into Acrobat to allow further viewing and then to allow printing of the documents. So behind the scenes, it seems to be using a PDF. All pages are visible and correct throughout the document, just not when printing.

After the fact now as I have already transmitted both my Federal and State returns, when I open up in Acrobat my saved off PDF (not using Turbo Tax program), all pages are visible and correct. When I print from this saved off PDF, I encounter the printing problem as I originally reported...only the first 6 pages of the CA state tax return are correct...the remaining pages do not print correctly. As mentioned above we have used Turbo Tax for many, many years and have not previously had this issue.

I am using Adobe Acrobat version 2024.005.20421.

Interesting...this "program" just blanked out the somewhat long version number I entered for the version of Adobe Acrobat I am using. Not very helpful for people.
