Wait for the reject email. If you are required to enter an IP PIN, most likely your return will be rejected. If not you are good to go, and don't need to do anything. Follow this Solution to fix your reject and enter your IP PIN.

The IRS has discontinued the e-filing PIN option. To verify your identity for e-filing, you’ll need to use last year’s adjusted gross income (AGI).
