Contact us at 1-800-772-1213 (TTY 1-800-325-0778), Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm

if that person is an adult they will need to do the contacting.

Why do I have to file a Form 8960 and Schedule 2 if I had no 'investments' but only interest income from bank CDs, social sec and salary?
