How do you fix error code 70001?

Can't get into Turbotax 2024 due to error code 70001. How do I fix this?

How do you fix error code 70001?

Error 70001 means that there are  two programs of TurboTax running in the background. To clear this, you will need to manually uninstall, and reinstall the program. 

 

How do I forcefully uninstall TurboTax for Windows?

 

If the error persists after reinstalling the software, contact TurboTax Support
