Like many community questions that already exist, with regards to getting a 20% discount of the premium package price, I followed all suggestions to get it take effect and was unsuccessful. The discount was from turbo tax directly not a vendor such as lyft. I tried the help online to have a rep call twice this past week and no one from support ever called. I have case numbers but no method to contact support to get this resolved.
