How do we go about filing as IBOs

Assuming you mean Independent Business Owner and you are either sole proprietor or single-member LLC, you will use Schedule C as part of your individual tax return (Form 1040).  In TurboTax you will simply add the business information in the "Income & Expenses" tab as self-employment and the proper forms will be created and filed as part of your individual tax returns.

If you are a partner in the business you would use a TurboTax Business product to complete an information return (Form 1065 Partnership Return or 1120S if S-Corporation.  A schedule K-1 would be generated from the business return for each partner to use to complete their individual returns.
