If you are a US citizen or legal US resident you can complete and file your federal tax return for tax year 2023 using either the TurboTax online editions or the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions.

A 2023 tax return can be e-filed using TurboTax from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.  E-filing of the 2023 return is available up through October 15, 2024.  After that date the 2023 return can only be printed and mailed when using TurboTax.

To purchase one of the TurboTax online editions or the TurboTax desktop editions you will need a US credit or debit card from a bank located in the US and have a US billing address.
