How do I upload older years 1099-B?

I need to amend old taxes and my 1099-B was entered incorrectly. It won't auto pull as only the most recent years will.

Sorry you can’t import to prior years. One reason is the brokerage have taken down the prior import files. The import files are special files and not just the pdf or csv etc files. You are using the Turbo Tax Desktop installed program, right?

To upload last years *.tax2023 file, the help says to go find the file option in the navigation menu. So, where is the navigation menu? I see "Tax Home" and "Documents".
