To enter, edit or delete a form 1099-R -

Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
Click on Wages and Income (Personal Income using Home and Business)
Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button

Or enter 1099-r in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to 1099-R

Note - Importing of Form 1099's from TurboTax import partners usually is not available until mid-February

If it is a pension or 401k from a Fidelity Netbenefits account. historically, they have never had data imports, so you normally have to enter them manually.   (true, I haven't tried an import again  this year, since I've already entered them manually)

Don't know about a 1099-R from a regular Fidelity consumer account IRA.   Haven't been in that situation, so don't know what they provide there.  But those consumer account forms were supposed to be available after 25 Jan.
