I do not have a phone number. After being a 30 year user of TTax, now, I no longer can use TurboTax. NO phone No texting???????????? Stupid Turbotax. They verified my email address with an email and code,,,,,now they need a phone number to verify also. I work with 14 banking institution and many business. Turbotax needs a version update. Even AOL????? and the IRS have a better process.
Welcome to the new age of technology. You should at least invest in an inexpensive burner phone just for contingencies such as these. The phone will also be useful if you need to do other types of authentication other than Turbo Tax.
It keeps telling me that It needs to make sure it's me and to reload the page and login again. I've gone through this process about 25 times now. What now?
