How do I UNLINK a financial account (ETrade)? Need to turn off automatic import. No option to delete the linked account on Linked Accounts page.

I am having the same issue and I called customer support.  They were not able to remove the linked account after screen sharing.  I have multiple duplicate linked accounts and I would like to remove them.  I also have a linked API that I do not want sharing.  TurboTax gives instructions to remove a Financial Linked Account" (Below) but "Account Settings" under the "Linked Accounts" page does not exist on the page.  It appears TurboTax forgot to add the button when creating the website?

TURBOTAX EXACT INSTRUCTIONS FOR REMOVING A LINKED FINANCIAL ACCOUNT:

To remove an account, go to Documents, select Linked Accounts, and select Remove account under the account settings.

Thanks!  These are instructions for deleting imported data.  I want to remove the linked account all together.  Under Turbotax>Documents>Linked Accounts = it does not give you the option to manage a "Linked Account".  It says that you can manage a "Linked Account" but as the previous customer mentioned, it does not exist.  I do not want some of my financial accounts to be linked as this is a security concern.  Please add the ability to manage "Linked Accounts" to TurboTax.

As many Turbotax online users have noted in 2023 and 2024. After reaching the Linked Accounts list, there are no "Linked Account Settings" as mentioned in the Turbotax Help. You can see the list of linked accounts but no way to manage any links (although it looks like the interface was designed for this purpose since you can highlight an item on the list, there are no actions than can be taken to manage an item. This is a big security problem. Please fix it. I have not seen any postings suggesting that Linked Account Settings actually exist.

(And by the way, the link to the telephone number is useless as it does not get you to a person but only parrots Help text.)

Contact customer support? Is this a joke? So they hold your bank info hostage and you have to call instead of them providing a button to unlink it? Expected from a company that lobbies the gov $3.8m/year so that the gov can't do your taxes for you like every other country does.
