How do I talk to a real person to ask why Intuit Turbo does not provide our payment information to the IRS when we provide it for taxes owed to IRS??

I won't be using Turbo Tax to file taxes in the future because your electronic filing/payment of taxes feature does not work and your product costs me extra my owed to the IRS.  I ended up having to pay a late payment penalty fee because Turbo Tax did not provide my payment information to the IRS.

There is also no where on this "Support" or "Contact" option to actually find out how to talk to a person or email the company.

If you selected Direct Debit from your bank account for federal taxes owed, the bank routing and account number is sent to the IRS with the E-filed tax return.  The IRS debits your account if the information is correct.

This works for millions of taxpayers using TurboTax over the last couple of decades.
