How do I speak to a live person? I need to merge two accounts.

I know that. But, when I switched to online from disc input for the 2024 return none of my old returns were included. Now I don't know which account information I will receive when I order for my 2025 return.

Online accounts cannot be merged. Sorry. If you have multiple accounts you will need to use the recovery tool to find which one was used for your 2024 return so that you can transfer the 2024 tax file over to your new 2025 return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
