How do I resolve a software glitch with my desktop program? At the Social Security Income page only a part of the page comes up and the selection buttons don't work.

I tried closing and restarting the program but that didn't help. Do I need to reload the program from the disc and how do I do that without effecting the information already entered in my return?

1. Save your current tax file NOW. File (upper left)->Save As. This tax file is independent of the desktop software.

2. Close TurboTax.

3. Reboot your PC or Mac...get a cup of coffee and think calming thoughts.

4. Now reopen TurboTax, load the tax file your saved, and see how it works...
