how do i report my maternity leave as I received a 1099_MISC from an insurance company

it looks like the system treats this payment as a line of work but it is not

You can enter the income as “Other Income” so it won’t be subject to self-employment taxes. Review the TurboTax article Where do I enter a 1099-MISC? for instructions.
