You cannot report your 2023 interest on your 2024 tax return.

Each year's income must be reported separately.

You'll have to amend your 2023 tax return to add that 1099-INT form.

If the tax liability is significantly changed by adding the interest you would have to amend your 2023 return. Otherwise just let the IRS adjust your return.
