how do I remove the 1099-R form from my taxes? I shouldn't have chose it.

You can go to the 1099-R entry and delete it.

Here is how to do this in TurboTax Online:

• Navigate to Federal > Wages & Income > IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) Add/Edit
• To the right of the entered 1099-R is a trash can icon.  Click on it to delete your entry.

For the downloaded versions, not online. 

Using the interview process (not forms), go to Federal Taxes -> Wages & Income.  In the Retirement Plans and Social Security, select the "Update" button next to IRA, ...  The next page will show the forms you've entered with an "Edit" and "Delete" buttons next to each.
