How do I remove my info from Turbo Tax Free Edition 2024?

I do not want to use Turbo Tax but am not able to remove my personal info.

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2024 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

To delete your online account

1. Sign in to the Intuit Account Manager.
2. Select Remove a user ID
3. Select Delete the highlighted ID
