Don’t remove it since the IRS has a copy and will want to match it. Just enter another misc as a negative number with the text “non taxable reimbursement” to zero out the amount.
Well, go to where you entered the 1099-MISC and delete it (there is probably a table with a delete button or trash can).
Then go to Wages & Income->Less Common Income->Income from Form 1099-MISC and make sure you don't check any boxes that suggest that this is business income.
