How do I reach a live person to ask a simple question?

Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition.  If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there.  Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

After logging in to TurboTax I was able to poke around and finally found a phone number that allowed me to reach a live person to answer my question concerning how to get the software to do what I wanted it to do.  I don't remember the number I used.
