How do I pay for my Turbo Tax Deluxe and extra fees if it wont except my card, and refuses to take it out of my refund?

They have my card info. and my refund says that's it's plenty to cover the fees and deluxe cost, but apparently I have some sort of credit that bars me from paying it with my refund. This is the third day I have come back to this and am losing all patience. Please for the love of everything; help.
