How do I pay for my State filing after I've already been charged for Federal? I did the process for both, but was only charged for Federal, and now I cannot efile.

I got the message that I am not "entitled to efile one or more formsets," then I noticed I was only charged the $60 fee for Federal, not $110 for both Federal and State. I cannot find any way to pay for my State filing so that I may efile (assuming that's the reason for rejection)

Delete the state tax return and then complete the state return again.  In the File section you will be asked to pay for the state program, $50, and be able to e-file your tax return.
