Here's how to troubleshoot multiple accounts:
To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below. Try using your phone number first. If you try using your email address, and you have more than 1 email address, you should run the tool on each one.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on each email address you have, then run the tool yet again, but this time choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
I have found four accounts from my attempts to TurboTax in 2020 for 2019, but I can’t seem to find my 2018 AGI which TurboTax generated for me last year. I can’t find the account that TurboTax paid my taxes with last year.

I assume you used Online TurboTax last year for the 2018 return. Returns prepared in desktop software (CD/download) won't be in an online account.
Are you saying you ran the Account Recovery tool I outlined in my answer above and found 4 accounts? And none of them had your 2018 online return? I'm not sure why you started 4 accounts this year to do your 2019 return. Ideally you should use the same account every year. Having multiple accounts frequently leads to confusion and discontinuity, preventing the prior-year info like AGI from transferring in automatically.
In addition to the Account Recovery tool, did you also use the second method I mentioned above to locate additional accounts--the "try something else" method-- which looks you up a different way?
If you continue to not find the account with your 2018 online return, here's how to phone TurboTax Support during business hours.
Hours are 5AM-9PM Pacific (8AM-12 Midnight Eastern)

Another option to get the 2018 AGI (if you qualify to open an IRS account at the IRS website) is to download a free 2018 return transcript.
