No, the TurboTax 2024 software does not incorporate the tax data within the the newly passed bill.  The TurboTax 2025 programs will have this tax data included.  The 2025 TurboTax program should be available in mid-November for the desktop edition and in mid-December for the online editions.

You may be able to make some guesses as news stories come out.  But TurboTax won’t be out until November.

Let me clarify that to say that, when the first version of TurboTax is released in November, it may not include all of the changes. However, by the time the program is updated and ready to file in January, it will, of course, fully incorporate the current tax law.
