How do i inter federal stimulus payment that i received in September

What did you get in September?  September 2021?  Was it the 3rd Stimulus payment that was 1,400 per person?

If you are trying to trigger it,
Click on Other Tax Situations at top
Click on Let's get started
Answer some questions then Continue
Then click on Let's keep going
Next screen is for the Third Stimulus, if you qualify

If you did not get prompted to enter your stimulus information, that means you either:

Filed as a dependent being claimed on another tax return, or
have an AGI too high to claim the recovery rebate

The 3rd stimulus payments were sent out in the March - May 2021 timeframe and were $1,400 for each person on the tax return.

Or are you referring to the advance child tax credit that you could have received monthly from July thru December in the amount of  either $300 or $250 a month for each child claimed as a dependent on a 2020 tax return, depending on the age of the child.
