How do I import from quickbooks?

I am starting my business taxes. It is asking for information that I would think could be imported from QuickBooks. Do the 2 programs not collaborate?

My Fidelity 1099-B was auto-imported. For any sold-to-open options positions, the cost basis will appear as $0. Turbotax keep flagging it for review. How to bypass it?
