What kind of documents? It's too early to import any 2024 W2 and 1099 info to Turbo Tax. And you can't import to prior years. Are you asking about Transferring 2023 into 2024?
As an example, I have uploaded a few 1099Rs, a 1095A, and a 1098.
It kept asking me to connect to my bank!!!
Somehow I got around that pain and it used 80% of the fields in my 1098.
But, is ignoring my 1095 and 1099s.
There are some documents that cannot be imported -- some things simply have to be keyed in by hand. And for many sorts of 1099's that come from banks, brokerages, or other financial institutions, it is simply too soon----they typically do not have them formatted for import into tax software until sometime in February. They put them up on the website where you can see them or print them for yourself, but you cannot import them yet.
Key in your 1095A by hand. And if it has any zeros, leave those places blank in the software --- the software does not like zeros for 1095A.
