How do I get the estimated income tax payment for both the state of illinois and the federal to file taxes for 2018

Sign into your account and your return

Click Federal on the left side-bar

Click "Other Tax Situations" along the top

Click Start or Revisit next to Form W-4 and Estimated Taxes which is under Other Tax Forms

(please see screenshot)

The estimates for the state are done before you file the state return.
