Sign out of your TurboTax account, open the retailmenot offer and sign in through the offer. If the offer is still not applied, sign out again and clear your browsers cache and cookies in the browsers settings and try again. If you still encounter problems, try using a different browser and if necessary clear that browsers cache and cookies.
