How do i get a refund i paid 110 to do my taxes thru tiurbo tax but had a tax issue that couldnt figure out with turbo tax but used a different tax service so no longer need to use turbo

BUT they don't usually give refunds for the Online version since you don't have to pay until you file or want to print.  By paying you are saying you are satisfied.  The satisfaction guarantee only applies to the Desktop CD/download program

Right, because once you pay you can print and mail the tax return.   If TurboTax gave refunds then  everyone would simply use the software, print and mail the tax return and request a refund and TurboTax would go bankrupt.
