You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Start a 2023 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

If I understand correctly, you are asking about the same situation I had:
You want to have your 2022 return and your 2023 return open at the same time?
The issue turned out to be that TT, in its meshuga wisdom, will not let you open your 2022 return if your 2023 return is already open.
You have to open the 2022 return FIRST.
So, close 2023, open 2022 (using your normal Intuit login info), then open your 2023 return again.
Many of us are wondering what will happen next year, with 2023 and 2024 returns open at same time, since Intuit is always changing its rules.
I hope this was helpful!
