How do I fix an error on the State and Local Income Tax Refund Worksheet? The instructions say to enter zero but when I do that, I still cannot continue to the next page

I get an error to "Check This Entry" but I don't know where I'm supposed to check it and the result is that I cannot continue to the next page.

Yes.  You may edit State and Local Income tax refund worksheet  If this was your first time filing with Turbo Tax, you may need your 2019 income tax return, Schedule A (itemized A), if you itemized your deductions. You may have to troubleshoot your return to check for errors by: 

1. Click Federal Review located on the upper right hand side of the screen .
2. Click review. ,and it will take you to "State and Local income tas refund worksheet  of form 1040", then fix the error..
3. You do the same on your state income tax. 
4. When done fixing, go back to Federal Review to check if the return is ready to e-file.

 The errors on the return must be fixed in order to successfully transmit the return to the IRS and State.

Thank you for the response. I’ve been filing with TurboTax for years.  Unfortunately, I am unable to fix the error. There is a text box where I enter the correct info and then when I click continue the site crashes. I’ve logged out and back in a dozen times now and the same result.

I guess I’ll have to file elsewhere.
