How do I finish filing my State taxes

It keeps saying that I need to upgrade to deluxe!!!!!

Did you use Deluxe to prepare your federal return? If you used Deluxe for your federal return you will also have to use Deluxe for the state. There are separate fees for federal and state when you use online TurboTax, and you have to use the same version for each of the returns.
