This new web site has me completely confused. When I try to sign in all I get are 4 dots rotating on the screen. All I want to do is to start working on my taxes for 2020, how do i do that???

I've been using turbo tax for many years maybe i should try something else

Please try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser and even try using a different browser.
